How to Register on TrophyScan.com

  1. Click on Login/Register in the upper right hand corner.
    1. If you already have . an account, enter your username and password and hit the Sign In button.
    2. If you don’t have an account, hit “Create an Account” and follow the instructions to create an account.
  2. Upon successful login, you will be taken to the “My Account” screen. This is your main dashboard which features your Trophy Wall, account details, and order information. 
    1. On desktop: If you are logged in, you can also access your account information by hovering over “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
    2. On mobile: If you are logged in, you can access your account information by selecting the main menu on the upper left and click the “+” next to “My Account”.

View Your Trophy Wall

  1. Log in to Your Account.
  2. Upon successful login, you will be taken to the “My Account” screen. This is your main dashboard which features your Trophy Wall, account details, and order information.

  3. To view your Trophy Wall, click on Trophies. Click on each individual trophy on your wall to view it in 3D.

How To Order a Trophy Replica

If you’ve had a trophy scanned at an official Trophy Scan location and wish to purchase one-of-a-kind items from its exact likeness, please follow these instructions.

  1. Log in to Your Account.
  2. Upon successful login, you will be taken to the “My Account” screen. This is your main dashboard which features your Trophy Wall, account details, and order information. 
    1. On desktop: If you are logged in, you can also access your account information by hovering over “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
    2. On mobile: If you are logged in, you can access your account information by selecting the main menu on the upper left and click the “+” next to “My Account”.
  3. To view your Trophy Wall, click on Trophies. Click on each individual trophy on your wall to view it in 3D.
  4. Choose the trophy that you wish to have replicated and click Add to Cart. If it takes a while to load, don’t give up; these 3D files are large!
  5. With one and only one trophy in your cart, click on Shop at the top center of the page.
  6. Choose an item into which you’d like your trophy made. For example, if you wish to have your trophy made into a bronze statuette, click on the Big Bronze Buck item and then click Add to Cart.
  7. Once the two items–your trophy and the item you wish to have it made into–are in your cart, click Check Out. Your order will be directed to the appropriate official vendor and you will receive an email to confirm the creation of your one-of-a-kind item.
  8. Enter your payment, billing address, and shipping information. Your item will then be shipped to you in several weeks. *Due to the nature of Trophy Scan’s one-of-a-kind, build-on-demand products, we ask that you remain patient as your trophy item is replicated and delivered to your door.

How to Get Scanned

  1. Scan Your Trophy Using Our Trophy Scan Station or contact us.
  2. Download the Trophy Scan App (coming soon!).
  3. View your trophy in 3D, then choose to purchase novelty items and/or insure it.
  4. Celebrate Your Trophy and Remember the Hunt!

How to Process a Refund

TrophyScan.com and most Vendors on TrophyScan.com offer custom-made products built from the 3D scan of your trophy animal. As such, most of these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.  However, TrophyScan.com and most of our Vendors offer products guaranteed to be free from defects, and offer returns for any defective items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have contacted TrophyScan.com support at contact@trophyscan.com and have received a return authorization

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or refund.

How to Process a Return

When you order from a TrophyScan Vendor that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the Vendor instead of TrophyScan.com. While most Vendors offer a returns policy equal to TrophyScan’s, some Vendors returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the Vendor before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Vendor profile page.

Shipping charges
Contact customer service via contact@trophyscan.com for questions about shipping charge refunds. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Custom items
Unfortunately, custom made items cannot be refunded.

Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
