TrophyScan Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at TrophyScan. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

TrophyScan.com and most Vendors on TrophyScan.com offer custom-made products built from the 3D scan of your trophy animal. As such, most of these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.  However, TrophyScan.com and most of our Vendors offer products guaranteed to be free from defects, and offer returns for any defective items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have contacted TrophyScan.com support (via contact@trophyscan.com ) and have received a return authorization

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or refund.

Vendor Return Policy

When you order from a TrophyScan Vendor that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the Vendor instead of TrophyScan.com. While most Vendors offer a returns policy equal to TrophyScan’s, some Vendors returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the Vendor before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Vendor profile page.

Shipping charges
Contact customer service via contact@trophyscan.com for questions about shipping charge refunds. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Custom items
Unfortunately, custom made items cannot be refunded.

Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
