Eligibility
The Settle the Score Giveaway – Powered by Trophy Scan (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Trophy Scan, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and participating manufacturer partners are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on November 21, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on December 14, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”).
The winner will be announced on December 15, 2025, via the Trophy Scan app and Trophy Scan social media channels.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
- Download the Trophy Scan App (available on iOS only).
- Scan your whitetail, mule deer, or elk — whether it’s fresh from the field or been hanging on your wall for years.
- Share your trophy to the Public Trophy Room with a short story or comment about your harvest.
- Rally friends and followers to “like” your Public Trophy Room post.
Each properly submitted Trophy Room post counts as one (1) eligible entry.
Entry Rules
All entries must comply with the following to remain eligible:
- A short story or description of the hunt must be included.
- The animal must be personally harvested by the entrant.
- Duplicate uploads are not permitted — no multiple entries of the same deer on different accounts or multiple uploads of the same deer on the same account.
- All entries must comply with local, state, and federal hunting laws.
Failure to meet these criteria may result in disqualification at the discretion of Trophy Scan.
Determination of Winner
- The entry with the most “likes” in the Public Trophy Room between November 21 and December 14, 2025, will be declared the Winner.
- In the event of a tie, Trophy Scan will conduct a “Vote-Off” where the tied entries will be reposted by Trophy Scan, and public voting will determine the final winner.
- The decision of Trophy Scan in verifying and confirming the winner is final and binding.
- One winner takes all. There will be no runner-up prizes or substitutions.
Prizes
The Winner will receive the Ultimate Hunter’s Prize Package, featuring products donated by participating manufacturers and partners.

The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize package will vary depending on partner contributions. No cash alternative or substitutions are permitted.
Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified by email associated with their Trophy Scan account on December 15, 2025.
The Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Rights & Permissions
By entering, participants grant Trophy Scan and its partners the right to use their name, likeness, Trophy Room entry, story, and images for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Participants also agree to allow Trophy Scan to feature their entry and story across its digital platforms, websites, marketing materials, and social channels.
Data Sharing & Consent
By entering the Settle the Score Giveaway, participants automatically consent to the collection, storage, and use of their contact information (including email address) by Trophy Scan.
Participants also agree that their email address may be shared with official manufacturer partners participating in this giveaway for the purpose of future promotions, newsletters, and brand communications.
Trophy Scan and its partners will not sell or disclose entrant information to any parties outside of this promotional partnership. All communications will comply with standard email marketing opt-out and unsubscribe protocols.
General Conditions
Trophy Scan reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules or that manipulates the contest outcome (including fake likes or spam activity).
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if any technical or operational issues arise.
Substitute prizes of equal or greater value if any listed items become unavailable.
All decisions made by Trophy Scan are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
Liability Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Trophy Scan, its affiliates, participating manufacturers, and partners from any claims or damages arising from participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance/use of prizes.
